system
TellerPhone can be accessed
with a touch-tone telephone 24 hours a day 7 days a week at
(714) 871-8655. After TellerPhone answers, simply enter your
member number and access code together as one number,
followed by the "#" key. Next enter the service
code that corresponds to the service desired and the
"#" key.
If you have two or more
accounts of the same type, TellerPhone will ask you for the
account ID. Your ID numbers can be found on your statement,
receipt, or by selecting the service code for an account
balance list.

Reminders:
Each completed entry must be
followed by the "#" sign.
Dollar amounts are entered without
decimals. For example, $1,000.00 would be entered as 100000#
Dates are entered with two
digits each for the month, day and year. For example, July
4, 2001 would be entered as 070401#
Federal regulations limit the
allowable number of pre-authorized or telephone transfers
from savings to checking accounts. As a result, you may have
a combined maximum of six (6) such transactions per month
via overdraft, telephone, and TellerPhone.
