details.
Traditional
Savings and Term Share Accounts A Regular Share Account represents
your membership in the credit union and the minimum initial
deposit is only $50.00. Our
competitive dividend rates are usually higher than you'll
find at any other financial institution. Add the convenience
of payroll deduction and you'll find your savings grow
faster in a North Orange County Credit Union Share Account.
Individual
Retirement Accounts The Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997 made
traditional IRAs more attractive by enabling more people to
deduct contributions and allowing certain new penalty-fee
withdrawals. Two types of IRAs were created as a result of
the Act: the Roth IRA, with its opportunity
for tax-free earnings, and the Education IRA to help
families save for educational expenses. The Economic Growth
& Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 enhances these
plans and increases contribution limits beginning in 2002.
